Oops...I definitely forgot about my blog. I'll make it up now. I am going to start posting some random tips that I've learned throughout my short life. Ok so list making. To-do list making that is. I recommend putting a maximum of five things you really need to get done on the list and a time frame to complete them in. If you can't do five make it even smaller. Even putting down one thing at a time then completing the task and writing down something else after you cross it off can help minimize stress. If you like a challenge try to see how Manu chores you can list and cross off before your time is up.

Swiss chocolate cake mix with whipped vanilla icing (will someone please tell me the difference between icing and frosting?) served with more whipped cream, ice cream and strawberries! Boy was it yummy but very indulgent I must add!
I've seen them recommended on several fitness and health websites as nutritional and satisfying protien bars that are good for on the go. I'm totally a protein-bar-on-the-go kinda girl, so I decided to give them a try. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because there are only a small handful of healthy AND tasty protein bars on the market. But, after trying them I felt like they were pretty well balanced in the healthy/tasty category. Also, the ingredient list is completely composed of pronounceable real foods. I recommend the peanut butter cookie flavor!

I am a generally healthy teenager I eat healthy and exercise often. But one of my weaknesses is pop tarts...I'm a little obsessed. I currently have 4 different flavors in my pantry right now. I know they are nutritionally a nightmare. They tease me with their sprinkles....tell me I'm not the only one!
